Complimentary Shipping

Every order within the United States ships complimentary, crated and insured. No minimum, no surcharge for oversized pieces.

Delivery Windows

Estimated delivery is 14 to 21 business days from dispatch. Larger stone and mirror pieces travel by dedicated freight and are scheduled with you directly.

Returns

Unused pieces may be returned within 30 days of delivery in their original crating. Return shipping is arranged by our client care team.

Damage in Transit

Inspect stone, glass and mirror pieces on arrival. Report any damage within 48 hours with photographs and we will replace the piece.
